Wellness Coaching

My coaching services involve working  in partnership with client(s) to provide structure, guidance and support. During our initial coaching session we will assess the presenting issue you are currently facing and create a clear and concrete action plan that will best meet your needs. We will work together to identify your specific goals, strengths, and areas of opportunity. As we build and develop a relationship, we will gain a deeper understanding of what course of action best suits your goals, personality, and strengths and help you to attain your life’s objectives in any way possible. My goal with coaching is to help you navigate life's challenges which empowering you to be your true and authentic self.

  • Bi-weekly 30 minute sessions
